Hello, lovely visitors! 👋

We’re Annie and Lee, and Annie’s Place is our little corner of Cornwall.

We opened Annie’s Place because we wanted to create the sort of holiday accommodation we’d love to find ourselves — somewhere comfortable, well looked after and genuinely welcoming, where you can bring the whole family including the dogs!

We’re still very much hands-on here. In fact, there isn't really a “team” behind Annie’s Place — it’s mostly just us!

Who We Are

By day, I’m a Registered Nurse and Lee is an Aeronautical Engineer. When we’re not at work, we’re usually doing something at Annie’s Place — cleaning, gardening, fixing things, keeping everything looking fresh or finding yet another job that needs doing!

We take real pride in looking after Annie’s Place ourselves. We want it to feel like a lovely home from home, rather than somewhere that is simply cleaned between guests and left to fend for itself.

And yes, we do all the cleaning ourselves too — so if something isn't quite right, there's nobody else to blame!

Our Journey

We’ve always loved travelling and have been lucky enough to explore lots of Europe, the Caribbean and New Zealand.

Everywhere we’ve stayed has given us ideas about what makes a holiday special — and occasionally a few ideas about what doesn't! 

We’ve brought those experiences together at Annie’s Place, creating somewhere we hope gives you everything you need for a relaxing break, whether you're here to explore Cornwall, spend your days on the beach, walk the dogs or simply sit back and do absolutely nothing.

Family is Everything

And then there are Dolly and Lula.

Our two very spoilt cockapoos are a huge part of our lives, so we know first-hand how difficult it can be to find somewhere that genuinely welcomes dogs.

That’s why Annie’s Place isn't just “dogs allowed”.

Dogs are genuinely welcome here. 🐾

We’ve made sure there’s space for them to enjoy themselves too, including their own secure paddock, while still keeping Annie’s Place comfortable, modern and lovely for the humans!

Because we’re dog owners ourselves, we understand that your dog isn't an extra — they're part of the family. And we think they deserve a holiday too.

Our Commitment

At Annie’s Place, we believe being genuinely dog-friendly shouldn’t mean compromising on comfort, style or cleanliness.

We’ve created a cosy, modern and well-kept space where dogs are truly welcome and their humans can enjoy a lovely holiday too.

We take pride in keeping Annie’s Place clean, fresh and well cared for, and we’re always working to make it somewhere we’d be happy to stay ourselves.

Whether you’re here for beach days, muddy dog walks, exploring Cornwall or simply putting your feet up, we want you — and your four-legged family — to feel completely at home.
